The Environment

Chow- This upscale Chinese restaurant is the West Coast ambassador
of the Chow Empire with a refined, spare aesthetic. Low-slung
tables, red vases holding simple white flowers and gently burning
candles defines the space. Philippe West Hollywood will serve
the signature dishes that have made the New York City location
a smash success for over four years, including the tender chicken
satay, the savory Peking duck and the lusciously hot Nine Seasons
Spicy Prawns. Specialty cocktails are also on the menu, including
the Philipptini (lychee and fresh-squeezed pineapple juice with
vodka, oh my) and the Shanghai Phillipe (an elderflower cordial
with fresh fruit and vodka).
Happy Hour: Drink and appetizer specials until 8pm in the
bar area
