Mini Cinema is proud to present it's first Short Film Screening at the 'Laemmle Music Hall Theater"

Featuring 5 Short Films

1. Pare - With one memory left to guide him, Paul is led to the door of a woman, Jessica, who he believes may have the key to the rest of his memories. The unlikely meeting conjures Jessica's memories of Paul, who'd once been both lover and friend. She is reluctant to help, having buried her memories when she decided move on. Paul is forced to find his memories alone, his frustration leading him through vague recollections of the life he once knew. Jessica is faced with a past she believed would remain in the past.

2. Uyuni - Uyuni is a strange and wonderful place: a vast white desert with no sign of life. Called by many “The End of the World." Allie and Doug have just got there. Doug has some feelings for Allie that have been repressed for too long. And now he has an engagement ring to express it. He has worked hard to make this the perfect time. But there is something that Doug doesn't expect. Something that is going to change his whole life. Allie has a secret.

3. A Year in New York - A moving Short Documentary montage from Filmmaker Andrew Clancy's first time living in New York. Filmed over a year with his Canon 7D, he captures the sense of living, up close in a place as large and diverse as the Big Apple.

4. Spoiler - Ten years ago, a zombie-like infection almost tore our society apart but the CDC managed to bring it under control and in the process created a massive national infrastructure to prevent future outbreaks. Over time, the world has returned to near-normal -- but people still live in fear; and many pay to live in 'protected' complexes, designed to quarantine and resolve any outbreak. Even though society has recovered, the threat of infection is always there -- and Los Angeles coroner Tommy Rossman is the man they call when things go wrong.

5. A Woman's Worth - A woman's integrity and innocence is put on the line in the middle of an intense interrogation. Pushed by the detective to confess she recalls the accounts unraveling a complicated bag of web.
