Dr. Zeno is fellowship-trained in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (FPMRS, also known as urogynecology). She specializes in advanced surgery for gynecologic conditions with expertise in robotic, laparoscopic, and vaginal surgeries for pelvic floor disorders. She offers uterine-sparing surgery for prolapse, in addition to surgery with or without mesh, and she manages pelvic mesh-related complications. In collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, she also manages urinary and fecal incontinence, as well as bladder and pelvic pain disorders. She sees clinic patients at HC3 and Keck Pasadena, and in addition to Keck USC she operates at USC Verdugo Hills Hospital.
As a certified fitness trainer, Dr. Zeno recognizes how treating pelvic floor disorders can help women thrive as part of a healthy lifestyle. Her research focuses on interactions between pelvic floor disorders and chronic medical conditions, including frailty and aging. Dr. Zeno has a passion for and strong background in care for underserved women. These experiences include over 200 hours volunteering as an Albert Schweitzer fellow; international surgical missions to the Philippines, Guatemala, and Uganda; and caring for women in the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services since 2016. Dr. Zeno is fluent in Spanish and can communicate with limited Tagalog.
