We invite all Black women to join us for a day of beachside yoga, dance, sound bath sessions, mental health discussions focused on Black women, and plenty of play.

Black Girls Day Off is an initiative aimed at celebrating and prioritizing the well-being of Black girls and women. While it is not a nationally recognized day, it serves as a powerful reminder to take time for self-care, self-reflection, and community building. We believe in creating a space where Black women can find solace, healing, and joy.

This initiative is grounded in the recognition of the unique challenges and experiences faced by Black girls and women. We understand the impact of systemic racism, gender inequality, and the intersectionality of identities. Black Girls Day Off emphasizes the importance of self-care practices, mental health support, and cultivating self-love within the Black community.

Furthermore, this day serves as a call to action to address the disparities and inequalities that Black girls and women encounter in various aspects of life, including education, healthcare, employment, and representation in media and leadership positions. By coming together and honoring our well-being, we aim to uplift and empower Black women in their personal and collective journeys.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to invest in yourself and connect with like-minded Black women. Secure your spot for Black Girls Day Off: Relax, Rest, and Rejuvenate by visiting our website or contacting us directly. We can’t wait to create a memorable and transformative experience with you.
