Transporation Around Los Angeles
Los Angeles is the car capital of the country. Angelenos will tell you that having a car is a requirement --but that was before. Metro, and it’s expanding rail line, serves the community with ride share options and electronic scooters and bikes. Metro’s options give those without a vehicle an opportunity to explore and travel across LA. Metro stops are conveniently located all over the county. Even University of Southern California students have access to two Metro stops near campus which can transport you to the far corners of Los Angeles County as well as Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties. With the electronic bikes, rail and ride share services serving as a bridge, getting around LA has never been easier.

Members have access to a network of shared electric vehicles 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, at self-service locations throughout central Los Angeles
In addition to Metro, you also have ride share companies as well as scooter and electric bike rentals. Each city and area determines their own services and rules for usage. Due to COVID-19, some of these services have been placed on pause or have reduced the number of scooters available
