Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey & Apple Classic Remix Fashion Grant Contest

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple Collaborates with Sheila Rashid and Ouigi Theodore for Limited Fashion Collection contest. 100% of the proceeds up to $40,000  from the two collections will be awarded to emerging designers.

Sheila Rashid – Chicago native and bespoke designer, known for her ability to curtail gender identity in her designs, draws from the inspiration of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey to create exclusive canvas overalls, retailing at $350. Rashid delicately bakes in rich hints of honey throughout her limited-edition overalls that are available now at sheilarashid.com.

Ouigi Theodore – Fashion designer and Creative Director of The Brooklyn Circus/BKc, uses fashion as a storytelling tool and draws inspiration from the pages of history books. Theodore’s cut and sew varsity jackets pay homage to Jack Daniel’s heritage and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple. Retailing for $550, these varsity jackets are now available at thebkcircus.com.

The apparel to be sold to promote the Remix Fashion Grant Contest.  Jack Daniel’s has also pledged to match 100 percent of the apparel sales up to $40,000 to create two grants that will be awarded to emerging designers.

 To be eligible for the Classic Remix fashion grant, designers must submit one original fashion design sketch, a portfolio of fashion design work (three – five pieces), and a brief video describing their vision for future growth and how it will impact their community. The grant application will open Monday, February 22, 2021.
