As a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist with an encyclopedic knowledge of pop and R&B, Raphael Saadiq has been nominated for Grammys and sung on songs by everyone from A Tribe Called Quest and Mary J. Blige to Earth, Wind & Fire. As a producer and songwriter, he’s been nominated for an Oscar, won Grammys—including Album of the Year for his work on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter—and helped to shape the sound and feel of R&B in the 21st century.
He shows it all off in this one-man show, performing music from across his career—including Tony! Toni! Toné hits, solo material, and songs he produced and wrote for other artists. This is a special, one-night-only retrospective by one of the most important musicians in modern music.
